I tried as my first zap a triggered file transfer from Notion to Google Drive.

However it does not work, reporting in the error log that a file cannot be found. I find here https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496040151821-Common-problems-with-Notion-on-Zapier#h_01HCF5NT3GW7MQV63GPXJ43C6M that Zapier does not support file and property types in Notion. Does this mean that this zap is not supported? Is there a workaround.

Thanks,

Bill

Hi @billb

Good question.

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zaps are configured in the Zap EDIT mode.

Troy -- thank you -- the screenshots are below. The reported error is ‘Required field "file" (file) is missing.’ I’d say of course it is missing since Zapier does not offer a way to specify it. Just for grins I named the column in the Google spreadsheet as “file” but it still does not work. Bill

@billb

Try using this Zap Action: GDrive - Upload File

Troy -- thank you -- with that Zap action I got it to work. Bill
