Notification when Zap is paused

I have an app that automatically sends google reviews to my clients. 

 

We’ve had to make some edits  the zap which at first I did not realize paused the Zap.

Is there a way for me to get an email anytime the zap is paused. Like “reminder, your Google Review Zap is not running. Would you like to turn it on?”
