Question

Not all Mailchimp list subscribers are added as tasks in Asana

Hi there,

When a subscriber is added to my list, a task is created in Asana. However, only a a fraction of the data gets sent to asana.

Why would this be?

FYI, this Zap was running perfectly last week.

Hey @Mark - AWM UK ,

Can you post screenshot of your trigger event configuration? Also Can you check history logs to see if Zap has triggered or not?

Hi @jayeshkumarbhatia

Please see attached screenshots of the trigger config. The image with the black background is a screen shot of the asana task. As you will see in the image, the task name , assignee, date etc pulls through, however, all of the custom fields are blank.

The zap certainly pulls through and it is currently working, however, there is only minimal information pulling through. ie. none of the custom fields.

Let me know your thoughts,

Thanks for the help.

Mark

Hey,

Can you try to add an below above of Asana - Create Task? With some apps trigger payload does not give all the data, that’s why we add an action to get more details.

Hopefully this works for you.

Hi @Mark - AWM UK

The Zap Runs will be the best place to troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Check the DATA IN/OUT for each step for a triggered Zap.

If you’re continuing to have issues, you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
