No fields appearing in Docusign

I use Go High Level for my sales process.

 

Whenever someone is added to the status “Send Contract & Payment” I created a zap that should send out the contract via DocuSign.

 

But when I test it out with a dummy email the fields on the contract don’t show up (see image attached).

 

And when I test it directly from DocuSign everything is fine, so there has to be something missing on Zapier.

 

Would love some help here.

Hi @Meeladdd 

Looks like you may need to configure your DocuSign Template to have placeholder fields.

The fields you configured in the Zap are the default Role fields regardless of whether there are placeholder fields configured in the DocuSign Template.

Once you configure the DocuSign Template, refresh the DocuSign Zap step and you should see additional fields that can be configured.
