Hi,

 

I’m stuck at the first hurdle here. I’ve connected Tidio and want to make a Zap so it posts form Tidio to Slack however I have no options to create a Trigger. Am I missing something? This is where I’ve got to:

 

 Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Refresh, welcome to the Community!

I’ve not used Tidio myself, but it looks like you need to set up the bot in Tidio so it sends to Zapier. Tidio has more information on that in their help guide. It looks like the Zapier trigger will then pull in a list of the “Send to Zapier” nodes you have set up in Tidio.
