I have a free account to test zapier.

I have now (twice) set up a zap to connect my membership script with my autoresponder.

Everything is fine until I get to the very end. It doesn’t matter whether I choose to “test and review” or “test and save”… the little circle goes round and round (it’s been over 20 minutes this time) and says “loading”

They never finish loading.

Is this normal? Can it be fixed? Please help!

Hi @cottercat It sounds like we’ll need someone to take a closer look at your Zap to see if there’s an underlying issue here. I've escalated this to the Support team and someone will be touch via email to help you with it as soon as possible!

Circling back on this - we’re not sure what the issue was but it resolved itself 🙂
