We use zapier with YCBM but with the new update it doesn’t separate the form questions into separate fields. Even when using formatter, we have different booking pages with different questions on every booking form and there is not way with the new triggers to work individually with each booking page. So an output for demographic information on one record has it as output 3, but if someone booked a workshop with us, we don’t ask demographic information so it marks output 3 as a different piece of data and it’s not consistent.
Has anyone figured out how to best go about this? We are using YCBM information to create a row in google sheets with the corresponding data.
