New Trello label added via the Butler automation isn't showing up in my test data

I am also having the exact same issue with the “New Label Added to Card”. In addition, I am adding the label via the Butler automation and it’s not showing up in any test data. Could you please advise?

Hey @Grace H! I moved your comment to a new topic so we can dig into it separately. 🙂

Have you tried adding a brand new label to a card that has never had that label before, via the Butler automation, and then tried testing your Zap afterward? Sometimes if a card has seen a label before, it may not show up in the sample data. 

If that still isn’t working, contacting our support team is going to be the next best step into understanding what’s going on here!
