Hey all,
I’d like to set-up a trigger so that when someone starts a new subscription on Stripe, Zapier invites them to join my Circle community.
What is not clear to me is if the “new subscription” will only trigger when the subscription is active and payment is taken, or anytime a new subscription is created?
As Stripe creates subscriptions even when the payment is incomplete or has failed.

For this,
You’ll need to use a “filter” step.
You can find it where it says “filter”
Now in the filter, you will have to set a rule that says only continue if “payment status” is “completed”
I don’t have active subscriptions on my stripe account, so I can’t confirm the terminology on everything, but this should get you where you want it to be.
