We currently use Zapier to take a new memberspace plan member, and automatically sign them up for a Zoom webinar. Works great.

 

Now I want to also to send an email to the new memberspace plan member, presumably from my work email xxxxx@xxxxxx.com

 

Is there a way to configure a Zap, to do this?

Welcome to the Community.

You can easily set up a Zap to email new Memberspace plan members by adding action to your existing Zap. Start by opening the Zap that registers new Memberspace members for a Zoom webinar. Then, click the '+' button to add a new action, select your preferred email app, or use 'Email by Zapier' if your provider isn't listed. In the setup, map the new member's email address from the Memberspace trigger to the 'To' field and customize the subject and body of the message. Using 'Email by Zapier,' you can set your work email as the sender. Finally, test the Zap to confirm the email is sent successfully.

Please note that the exact steps may vary depending on your email app. If you need further assistance setting this up, please let us know.

    1. Select the Membership Plan
  2. Action: Gmail - Send Email
