New lead in Mailshake: “error parsing response” error

Hi, 

 

Up relatively new to Zapier. When setting up a zap between mailshake and zoho to add new leads when there’s a lead in mailshake I get the error:  

 

error parsing response, we got “”

 

I looked in the community forum , but all the answers seemed to be about editing the api, and other edits that seem a little deeper than I’m able to go. 

 

Support/ help will be appreciated.
