Best place to troubleshoot is your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/
- Make sure the Zap is still ON.
- See if there are any Zap Runs with errors.
- See if there are any HELD Zap Runs.

In addition to checking out your Zap Runs, I’d also go your “My Apps” Section to make sure that your Facebook account is properly connected! Additionally, for Facebook Leads, I have some advice on how to do Facebook Leads Ad testing, which is copied below. Let me know if either of these help!
1. Go to Facebook’s Leads Ads Testing Tool here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/ and select your Page & Form
2. Click on “Delete Lead” (Don’t worry — it won’t delete any live leads, just Facebook’s example lead) and then refresh your page
3. Click on “Preview Form”
4. Fill out your Form like normal, but use a test email as the email address. I like to use superheroes here as they’re easy to differentiate from your real leads, so something like thor@asgard.com or diana@prince.com
5. Click the “Track Status” button
6. Review the section below “Track Status” for any errors or messages
