New Deal in Stage Not Seeing a Property that is specifically being told to be pulled in.

During the last couple of days I have been stuck on this one part of retrieving specific property from the HubSpot Updated Deal Stage. Any help on why these properties aren’t getting pulled from the deal in HubSpot would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @A-1 Pianos 

Good question.

Make sure to get a record that has that data point populated from HubSpot.

You can also try adding a HubSpot Find Deal step after to see if you are able to pull in the field values that way.

This may be related to the issue...

Trigger for New Form Entry Doesn't Have All My Fields

Right now the HubSpot API does not support all fields for the new form entry. This is a known issue that the HubSpot team is working on.
