I am looking to update the Class field for all invoices that were created in the month of August in Quickbooks.  So the trigger would be a schedule probably since they are not new.  They already exist.  But I haven’t figured out how to get Zapier to identify the invoices in that date range and then loop to update them.

Another option to explore is to try to use the native AI to help you create a QBO Custom Action.
