Need to add tag onto contact in ActiveCampaign when I have approved their account on Customer fields

Hello!

I want to add a zap where when an Account is Approved on Customer Fields, it will add my existing tag onto the contact in ActiveCampaign

How are you planning to approve the contact?

Using any thing like google sheet or airtable where you have checkbox once approved or something similar?
