Need Help Setting Up Zapier to Send NPS Reminders from Brevo

Hi everyone! I could use a bit of help.

We're just getting started with sending NPS surveys to our customers, and the form itself is hosted on SurveyMonkey. What I’d like to do is set up an automation using Zapier that connects SurveyMonkey and Brevo, so that we can automatically send a reminder email (through Brevo) to customers who haven’t completed the survey yet.

Is it possible? Would really appreciate any tips on how to set it up!
