Need help parsing data from gmail for leads into Brivity
I am trying to capture new lead data from emails in my Gmail account and have them create new leads in Brivity my CRM.
I am not understanding how to setup the Zap so that it sources the right data. The emails will be the same every time, with different names, emails and phone numbers. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the email looks like coming in.
Can’t figure out how to locate the data when i get to the Create Lead configuration section.

I’ve got the zap setup but where you say “use Zapier’s Formatter tool to extract lead details like name, email, and phone number from the email body” is where I’m getting stuck.
I’m not getting how to do this. I see from the + section where i can select the Body Plain section, where the name exists, but how do i get it to identify the name, phone and email buried within the body text?
