I am attempting to automate this workflow in order to save time and reduce errors at my bed & breakfast. We use Mews property management system, and we also use Google Calendar for many things we do.
I am trying to send two types of data from Mews to Google Calendar:
- Amenity Packages (Stay Products)
 - Allergies & Dietary Restrictions (Dietary Requirements)
 
The following information needs to populate in Google Calendar:
- Space Name
 - Product Name or Dietary Requirements
 - Relevant notes
 - Last name on the reservation
 
I successfully sent one amenity package to Google Calendar as a test, after a few tries. But I don’t have experience with Zapier or anything like it, really. I’m not sure if I can get it to do everything I need and how I would need to configure the parameters. These are the parameters:
- The only reservations that need to be automated are reservations that have an amenity package and/or a dietary requirement
 - The automation needs to happen whenever an amenity package and/or a dietary restriction is added or updated in a reservation, at any point in the customer journey from booking until check-out.
 - The calendar needs to automatically update whenever a reservation is rescheduled or cancelled
