MySQL Access via SSH - WPEngine

Hi, we use WPEngine and multiple automations stopped working when they stopped support of IP address based MySQL access. Now, everything must be accessed via SSH which the mySQL Zapier app does not appear to support. Has anyone figured out a workaround?

Is there a way to make SQL requests via webhooks or API?
