My zaps turn off when I reload the page

Hey, help me to fix the problem with Zapier, I don’t know why my zaps started to turn off automatically when I reload the page or when i go back. 

I tried to turn on from the folder, not editing and it still with the same problem.

I’m using this steps: Monday app, a filter and Mandrill app.

It can’t be the apps because I use it in others.

Please let me know what can I do?

Understand Zap statuses

 

Zaps can exist in 3 states:

  • On: Zaps actively check for new data when they are turned on, and perform the action(s) when triggered. A Zap only registers data that has come in since the Zap was turned on. Any data that comes in while a Zap is turned off will not be registered when the Zap is turned on again.
  • Off: Zaps that are turned off do not actively check for new data or perform actions. Zapier automatically turns your Zaps off for you in three situations:
    • You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade.
    • Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run. An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors.
    • You make a change to a trigger or action of the Zap. You will need to turn the Zap back on once you are done editing it.
  • Draft: Draft Zaps lack certain required data (e.g., an action step) and cannot be turned on until they are fully set up.

@Troy Tessalone Thanks for your reply. In my case, all three conditions for the OFF option are not the case. Essentially, I am using three apps: monday.com, Mandrill and Outlook. All three apps are well connected, and have been tested successfully. As soon as I turn the Zap on, then go back to the main dashboard, it turns off automatically with no errors/warnings. I am also using a premium plan and I have many tasks available still, so that shouldn’t be the issue.

I’ve tried contacting support twice, once through the online submission and once again by sending an email directly. I still haven’t received a reply in a week and I didn’t receive the automated bot message indicating that Zapier received my submission.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I only have one day left to solve this issue!

@Troy Tessalone Thanks so much for the documentation. My answer is solved. And I found out the all Zapier emails were coming in my spam folder and I haven’t been checking that.

 

For everyone trying to solve this same issue, try the following:

If you’re working with monday.com, always make sure that you’re the owner of the board that you’re trying to connect to Zapier and that the board ID is correct!
