My Zap cannot find any "Managed Accounts" when setting up the Google Ads "New Campaign" trigger

Hi - when trying to set up a Zap between Google Ads and Zapier, I keep running into this problem where I have no “managed accounts”. I have tried creating other accounts besides the admin account on Google Ads, but the same problem persists.

Yes I have, there isn’t anything there to help me unfortunately :(
