Hi - wondering if someone can assist with a answer to why my zap isn’t working?

I have created a google form to collect customer data and set a trigger that each time the form gets an answer, a slack channel is triggered with the response but it doesn’t work unless I test it in zapier.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Can you please share screenshots of your set up? 

Make sure your Zap is turned on.

Hi @misslatte! One thing to bear in mind is that the Google Forms New form response trigger isn’t instant. There will be a delay of 1-15 minutes (depending on your Zapier plan) from when the form is submitted and the Zap is triggered (and then sends a message to Slack).

 

Could you try sending a new form response and then wait to see if it triggers the Zap? Let us know if that doesn’t help!
