A Zapier user here.

I am wondering if multiple zap results are common or just my problem.

I send new signup data to Airtable then slack notification.  But, it’s irregular that some run ends up with 3 duplicated results, sometimes 2, sometimes even 5. 

Is there something I should do about this?

If you are having multiple instances occur, then that means the Zap trigger is being fired multiple times, so you may want to look into the logic configured in Bubble for that.

Otherwise, you can add additional logic to your Zap to prevent duplicates.

Try this…

Change the

Trigger: Bubble

Action: Airtable Find/Create Record (create if not found)

Action: Filter (only if Found = False)

Action: Slack - Send Channel Message
