Multiple text values/outputs in one field

Hi,

I am trying to append Output 5 to the end of Output 4, while adding a delimiter of ‘||’ which is required for the data to be entered successfully.

The above only seems to return the value ‘Toyfair’ and doesn’t include the Output 5, any ideas where im going wrong?
