Multiple Opportunities Closing at Same time for Same Account - Salesforce

Hi Everyone!

 

When we win opportunities in Salesforce, I currently have a Zap set up that displays the Closed Won Oppportunity in our team’s Slack Channel. Most of the time, there are multiple opportunities won at the same time for the same account though, and it appears Zapier is only displaying the first one closed won right now. We are wanting it to show both Closed Won opportunities on the account at the same time. However, not every account will have multiple closed won opportunities. 

 

Is there another step in my Zap that I should add to do that? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! I see Caleb in Support is on the case and recommended the below solution: 

  1. Create a second Zap (copying your original)
  2. Change the trigger to a New Opportunity
  3. Add a Filter to say, continue only if the Stage is Closed Won (this will make sure that any new Opps created in that stage send the message to Slack)

Hoping that did the trick!
