Multiple Gravity Forms

Hi, I have 3 gravity forms on our website.  I currently have 1 zap set up for Form 1 and it is working perfectly.  So when a user enters his data in Form 1, the zap creates a row in our Google Sheet.   Beautiful.

My question is, how do I get a Form 2 to go into the same Google Sheet.   Do I have  to set up a new Zap for each form on our website?

@kwdigi If you use the Gravity Forms trigger, you must set up a Zap for each form. But if you use webhooks as a trigger, you could use one Zap for several Gravity Forms. I have done that before, and it works fine.

You will have to download the webhooks addon from Gravity Forms to do this.

Hi @kwdigi

Yes, each Gravity Form will need it’s own Zap configured.
