Multiple Asana Tasks Sent in One Email

Hi,

I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to have an email triggered at a set time that includes all tasks with a specific tag in Asana.  I know how to trigger a single e-mail every time one task gets tagged, but I don’t want five emails to come separately if I tag five tasks at the same time.  I’d prefer that a loop is performed at a certain time, grabs all the tasks and then sends me an e-mail with the task attributes I’d like to see.

Has anyone accomplished this in Zapier with Asana?

Try using the Digest app: https://zapier.com/apps/digest/help

Hi @The_Bear_0618 ,

Checking in to see if the Digest app Troy mentioned above did the trick here. It’s quite the handy tool where you can schedule your notifications, use multiple triggers, etc!
