Hi,
We would like to use some Multi select fields from Autotask in our Zaps. Unfortunately it seems that Zapier does not get the data from any multi select field.
Is there anybody else experiencing this issue or knows a work around?

Does the sample you’ve selected in the Zap definitely have a value selected for the multi select type fields? I ask as sometimes when a field in an app doesn’t have a value selected for it, then it will be excluded from the fields that are pulled in on a sample - Change the test data in your Zap trigger
If it does have an existing value that didn’t come through, then it could well be that they aren’t supported. In which case I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to open up a feature request to support this type of field.
