I want to set up a dropbox folder that my zap looks at and depending on what the title of the document is as it is put into the folder, I want it to be moved to a different location (this new location will be different for different titles - client name move to client specific folder)

I am thinking that I will need some reference spreadsheet with the relevant name data on it and some way of handling documents that have an unrecognised title.

 

I am just drawing a complete blank as to how to start this, so hoping that someone in the community can point me in the right direction

Sounds like you’ll need to use something like a GSheet as a Lookup Table:

You may also need to use a Filter step in your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Paths are also an option: https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations
