If I use "Test Board" and change the corresponding status it will work, but if I select "Subitem of Test Board" and then change the status in Subitem, the trigger will not work, why?

I’ve encountered issues with Subitems not being fully supported with Zaps.
As a workaround trying using webhooks in your Monday Board Integrations (not Automations).
The Zap trigger step will be Webhook - Catch Hook: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
