Ever time I try to set up my Microsoft To-Do, to link an event/reminder in my Outlook and Gmail clander(or anything else with it for that matter) I am prompted to sign up for a premium account. I only want to create a couple of personal zaps, and I am trying to figure out why I can't do this with Microsoft To-do on a free subscription.

Hi
When you create a new Zapier account, you’re automatically enrolled in a free 14-day trial of our Professional plan.
If you’re outside of the trial period, some of the reasons you could be prompted to upgrade your account would be:
- You’re trying to use an app that’s in our Premium category.
- You’re adding more than 2 total steps in your Zap (the trigger step + 1 action step). So a filter or Formatter step, for example.
- You’ve exceeded the task limit for the free plan.
Are any of those items true in your case? If not, you shouldn’t have any problems creating Zaps on the free plan :)
