Using the Microsoft Outlook connector, we have a zap that creates events in an online Outlook mailbox. In the connector, we see the list of calendars in the mailbox from when the connector was first configured. Since then, we’ve added an additional calendar (also renamed one existing that is listed in the connector calendar selector), but we aren’t seeing any of the changes - the new calendar is not listed in the connector. We’ve waited 24+ hours, added a second connection to the same mailbox and tried setting Zap to use that one, but still just see the original set of calendars.

Does the authenticated Outlook account own the Calendar?


Yes, the account used is the mailbox/calendar owner.

Did you check the permissions for that Calendar?

Otherwise, probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for further help troubleshooting: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
