i have a zap that looks at my google calendar and create/updates events in microsoft office 365 calendar.  when an event is updated in google, it creates a duplicate in O365 vs just updating it.  any ideas?

I’m using New or Updated Event as the Trigger.  maybe just use New event as the trigger?  are events automatically updated when they change, thus making “new or updated event” redundant?

Hey @mghorban,

I think this gives a very good explanation. Did you do everything as described in this overview?

Let me know if you have any specific questions on this.

how do i get it to update an event?  so far, updating creates a new event.

i also can’t seem to find a way to delete an event in O365 when an event is cancelled in google

I’m afraid there’s no action to remove or delete an event in Office 365 at this time. However, I’ve added your upvote to the feature request to find and delete an event.
