Hi all,

I’m new to Zapier and having trouble creating my first Zap between MEWS (hotel system) to Google Sheets to help with some linens and inventory forecasting.

We need Zapier to collect the following 2 bits of data from MEWS and dump it into our Google Sheet:

  1. # of incoming guests for next 4 days (rolling basis)
  2. # of incoming bookings for next 4 days (rolling basis)

This data is available on MEWS, though I’m not sure there’s a specific trigger.  Any ideas on how to do this?  Thank you so much.

There is no specific trigger for getting next 4 days of data from MEWS, however, you can update your customer event in Google sheet as soon as they register in MEWS using this: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations/mews/23437/create-customer-profile-details-in-your-google-sheets
