messages are not sent to email adresses rather than gmail

Hello!

I have just figured out how to connect the automotive reply via the Gmail to the new leads appearing in Tilda. 

 

The thing is, once there appear the leads in Tilda, they can get the automotive reply if their emails in Gmail. But those using systems rather than gmail as: mail.ru, yandex and other get the automative replies in Spam (as for mail.ru) or do not receive it at all (yandex).

Can you provide the solution to this problem? Thank you

Sadly, that’s not to do with Zapier - rather those email providers have decided that messages coming from you are spam.
