I have a home service business and my CRM is markate, now on my website when a customer enters their name, number, etc i want that info to automatically update to my markate crm as a new lead so I dont have to keep manually entering their info, I dont know how to do that with zapier though can someone help?

It depends on the Triggers/ Actions in the Markate Zapier integration and the form tool you use on your website. But your flow will look something like this-

  • New From Submission Trigger
  • Create Lead Markate action

It is a sample workflow and exact one might differ a bit as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
