Hi! I’m new to Zapier and would like to be able to have my own AI customer support for my gmail. The response needs to be checked by me (or sent back to AI for rewriting) before sending the answer to customers. 

  1. Sends all gmails to AI for creating a response.
  2. The respons is then sent to me (together with the original gmail for context) in some sort of message/chatt app (Telegram?)
  3. If I answer “Ok” => The AI answer is then sent in gmail to customer. Done.
  4. If I answer anything else = My answer will be used as feedback and resent to AI for rewriting response.
  5. The new AI respons is then sent to me (together with the original gmail for context) in some sort of message/chatt app (Telegram?).
  6. I either answer Ok (and its sent to customer) or i give feedback for new AI rewrite. 

How can I do this?

  • As a bonus, is it possible to train/change/add the prompts based on my feedback automatically? So that it learns from previous responses and feedbacks.
