Mailchimp Email Sent 7 days before a date in Monday.com

Hey, i need to set up a couple of automations and struggling, if anyone has any guidance it would be amazing!

I need the 2 following automations set up -

  1. A Mailchimp email to be sent, exactly 7 days before a due date in a Monday.com board.
  1. A Mailchimp email to be sent, on a start date in a Monday.com board.

I have set these up by simply using monday.com, but I need the emails to go through mailchimp so they can be designed professionally as monday.com only offers basic text only emails.

You may need to explore using Monday Automations: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001222900-monday-com-Automations

Specifically the Webhook as an action: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003540679-Webhook-integration-

 

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

That will generate the unique webhook URL to configure in the Monday Automation.
