I’d like to run a Zap whereby the Mailchimp “Customize Subscriber” does not take as input the various fields through parameterized lists but instead with comma separated values in a flat file (a .csv for example).  In Mailchimp, one may “Import Contact” via an “upload file” (Upload a CSV or tab-delimited TXT file.).  Is there a way to do this or must I set up individual parameters based on the selection of the named Audience?

Yep, through Zapier at least, it’s not possible to customize multiple subscribers via a single action step.
