What is the best resource for someone like me who’s new to ZohoDesk and Zapier?  My Managed Services Provider uses ConnectWise for their ticketing system and I'm looking at purchasing ZohoDesk for my own personal ticketing system.  I'm looking into the possibility of setting up Zapier to “sync” information between ConnectWise and ZohoDesk.

Where woudl I find a tutorial on this?  What information could I get to move between ConnectWise adn ZohoDesk?

In addition, what level of subscription would be necessary for this interface to work correctly?
