I have a Monday.com account where I have a board for planning a few social media accounts. I am trying to link this to Hootsuite so that any post I put on Monday.com will automatically be scheduled on Hootsuite. Any ideas on how to do it.

Trigger: Monday - New item on a board
Action: Hootsuite - Schedule message
