I created a Zap to send a notification to a Slack channel every time a new feature is created in ProductBoard.

I’ve noticed that there is usually a link for that new feature within the notification, but this link doesn’t always appear when a new feature is created in ProductBoard.

Can anyone please advise?

Are you able to provide specific examples of when the link does appear VS does not appear?

You can check the Zap Runs history details for the DATA OUT from the trigger step to see if there is something that may help you troubleshoot the issue with the data from ProductBoard: https://zapier.com/app/history/

You can add a Filter step to your Zap to filter out Zaps triggered w/o a URL: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
