Limit Batch Size: Salesforce

I use Zapier to send giving data to our CRM. We have lots of recurring donations so we have sometimes hundreds that process at exactly the same time. My CRM has trouble keeping up.

How can I limit the number of zaps sent at a time… so that for example they go over in waves of 20 instead of 120 in the matter of seconds?

hi @matteolnk were you able to get this resolved with Delay? Another option is that you can write into the support team at https://zapier.com/app/contact-us with your workflow needs, they can spread out the tasks or the trigger polling interval to help avoid those rate limits.

Hi @matteolnk

Try adding a Delay After Queue step to your Zap.
