Leveraging Cognito Form to Submit New Invoice in Quickbooks

I am having an issue where my cognito form entries are not mapping properly into Quickbooks when I attempt to create a new invoice. The product item name isn’t changing at all. It stays the same no matter what. And the descriptions are not mapping over consistently. The only item appearing to map properly is the amount. I have a mix of field types on my form (yes/no, choices). An invoice will have multiple entries on most submissions.

Here is a link to my form.

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

In terms of managing line items in your zaps, you’ll probably find these useful:

Hi @tmorr16 ,

Thanks for reaching out!

I am escalating this to Support as they can dig in and look at your specific Zap to troubleshoot. Sit tight and they will be in touch just as quickly as they can!

Hey Liz. I am getting closer. I can only submit one product at a time on the invoice when our form allows or multiple product selections.

Would appreciate any assistance.
