We have a client who would like to automate their recruitment process. One step is that when applicants go to a certain stage, they will send an email with a link to a booking page where the applicant can select a time which they prefer. The meeting are held as a group, so there should be a possibility for a maximum of 10 people to schedule the same meeting. What booking platform is best for this that has Zapier integration?

I’ve used Calendly for something very similar and it worked really nicely; you can set Calendly up so that appointments have a maximum number of participants. I should say, that’s a personal recommendation as opposed to an ‘official’ Zapier view.
