Hi, trying to update the Knack record when I update a resolve status in Jira.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the encountered errors.

Hi There 

So trying to get the search value to match up with Knack IDs. Tried getting Knack to send ID to Jira also. When doing the test it's giving me an error above.
