Klaviyo profiles are not being updated when my Zap is on.

Hi!

Last week I've done a customer survey and set up a Zap between Jotform and Klaviyo. Everything worked fine and I ended the survey. During data analysis I saw that I forgot to add some fields to my Zap. Now I've set up a new Zap with all the correct fields. I've ran the Zap again, and everything seems to work fine, but it doesn't update the profiles in Klaviyo. Last time it took 15 minutes to update. Now its been a few hours and still no updates. Anyone who knows how to fix this?

Troy is correct here! Consolidating the answer to why you may not be seeing data triggering your Zap after you turn it on, for anyone who is following along!

Zaps run while turned ON for new data going forward.

You can try to use Transfer by Zapier to port existing data: https://transfer.zapier.com/new

Hi @SimRep Engineering

Good question.

Zaps run while turned ON for new data going forward.

So if I'm correct, old data doesn't get updated?
