Klaviyo and Timely booking

How can I automate syncing data between Timely and Klaviyo for email campaigns?

I'm trying to set up an automation between the Timely booking app and Klaviyo to keep customer data updated automatically. The data fields I need to sync are:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile
  • Phone
  • Email address
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • Suburb
  • Last appointment date
  • Last appointment status
  • Last appointment service
  • Next appointment date
  • Next appointment status
  • Next appointment service
  • Date added
  • Client status
  • Number of bookings
  • Number of appointments
  • Weeks absent

This is important because we plan to trigger personalized email campaigns based on these fields. How can I set this up in Zapier? Any specific steps or Zaps you recommend to achieve this data sync?

Hi @nura,

 

Welcome to the Community. 

 

In order to set up a Zapier automation to sync data between Timely and Klaviyo, log in to Zapier and create a new Zap. Choose Timely as your trigger app, selecting a specific trigger like "New Appointment" or "Updated Appointment." Connect your Timely account, set up the trigger, and test it. Then, choose Klaviyo as your action app, selecting actions such as "Update List Member" or "Add/Update Subscriber." Connect Klaviyo, map data fields between the apps, test the action and activate your Zap. Be aware of Zapier's task limits and potential data field availability issues.

This is the only trigger available on Timely App though:

  1. Trigger: Timely - Customer Trigger
  2. Action: Klaviyo - Create or Update Profile
