Hi all,

I’m trying to create a Zap for Pipedrive based on Kartra Activity.

I want to update my Pipedrive deal and move it to another stage within pipedrive once a tag is placed upon a lead within my Kartra List.

 

My Trigger is 

 

1. Lead Is Assigned Tag in Kartra

2. Find Person in Pipedrive

3. Update Deal in Pipedrive

 

I am unable in the “Update Deal” section find and dynamically insert the deal that I require to update.

 

Any advice or a solution would be great

Just a quick thought here - If the deal already exists in Pipedrive, I think you might need to find it first before updating it. 

Can you try that and let us know how you get on?

When I create a Deal search I run into this issue

 

Error code 500/504. This usually means that Pipedrive's servers are unavailable for some reason, perhaps due to temporary maintenance or a heavy load. Please try again shortly.

 

Thanks for the update - Perhaps leave it a while and check again, if you’re getting 500s. 

Can you show me how you’ve configured the fields in the step please?

Hey @Cognitia  ! I don’t - It looks fine - But would need to see the result of the test - Are you still getting 500s? Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you run a test please?

Below is the Pipeline name within Pipedrive;

I’ve also removed the exact Match from Yes to No and I get this Error;
