Jotform form file upload -> Pipedrive

Hi All!

First-time poster on here, and after creating some really interesting things with Zapier, I’m keen to learn more about this amazing tool!

One of the businesses I work with uses Jotform and Pipedrive. One of the things that is key to this connection working smoothly is taking uploaded files from Jotform form submissions and adding them to Pipedrive (specifically adding to organisations and within the deals themselves - 2 separate processes).

Please can someone outline how this might be possible including instructions?

The files do not need to be saved anywhere else for the business. I already have all zaps set up for these connections, it’s just the uploading files bit I’m missing!

I’m really looking forward to hearing back from the community and seeing how this would work!

Thank you!

Hi @Callum

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions and help links to reference.

That will help give you a gist of what should be possible to configure with an automated workflow in a Zap.

For Jotform, make sure to adjust your account privacy settings to NOT require a login to view uploaded files, so those links can be used in the Zap steps.

Hi @SamB

Yes, thank you! I was looking for more of a step-by-step guide, I am still fairly new to Zapier but learning quickly, Troy definitely pointed me in the right direction.

Working setup below 👇

I used a Google Drive step to upload the file, and then a separate Pipedrive step later on to attach the file from the GD step, using the ‘File’ link output from the Google drive step.

It was a bit of trial and error setting up the folder structure and working out which was the correct link to use produced by the Google Drive step. Annoyingly, I think the upload file step can only do one file per step, so I had to repeat this flow for every document.

Putting this here so that hopefully other people will stumble across this looking for the same solution. Thank you for your help Zapier Community!
